Whitecode Consulting have designed one block with an individual gas feed heating system and all electrical requirements, with a rain water harvest system. All other blocks have underfloor electric heating.

The hot water storage has been designed on a communal solar panel system, approximately 280m², which will heat all the individual hot water storage cylinders for the site. This will be backed up with electric immersion if needed.

There are also grey water systems being installed to serve the landscape areas.

All lighting for the site is 100% low energy.
