Our audit is required to describe in detail compliance of all MEP systems and sub-systems with current regulations and good industry practice, and also to highlight areas of improvement that could enhance the operational performance, energy consumption, ‘build-ability’ and commissionability of the installation as a whole.
The review process includes providing comments on the suitability of the proposed services, potential value engineering ideas and checking that documentation complies with ALL relevant British Standards and Statutory requirements. The findings of the review are to be presented in a written report format and handover meeting.
